Beautiful location and hotel.

The internet was down for hours , frustrating, especially since I was unwell. The parking situation was challenging, and I struggled to find a spot. Lastly, the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately, leaving it uncomfortable during the night.

The rooms were new-fashioned & themed with all amenities. The location in a shopping area was perfect and fantastic and there were a bakery and a supermarket nearby.

Can’t think of anything.

The location was magnificent down the hill.

Really good boutique experience! We enjoyed a beautifully decorated room with a comfy bed. The hotel's service is attentive and personal. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, ensuring convenience while delighting in the serene ambiance. Breakfast was good, with fresh, homemade options in a charming courtyard setting.

Staff and the food were in general very good. It was near parque de san pedro. Private parking onsite was provided. The hotel is situated just a walk down to every place we like, for example the virgin of the consol. ...  

Overall - charming small and unique place with excellent staff on a request to have a cake and bubbly on the morning of my nephews birthday which was lovely. Good and incredible location in the centre and very quiet area. Situated only...  

This hotel was definitely NOT the good experience i had expected. The air conditioning was a disaster, frequently turning off like it was on a whim. Plus, absoluteley no privacy with those glass loo doors, good luck with that! I almost planned to give this a good review, just couldn't after realizing i didn't even get a welcome drink!

My stay this summer was very nice at the hotel. The decor was fine, and the staff's attention to detail. My beautiful double room with a balcony was super clean and offered a beautiful view that exceeded...  

It was just a perfect match for a relaxing holiday in Altea with high value for money. The staff helped arrange my girlfriend's birthday celebration beautifully. Make sure to try the breakfast, it's fresh and high quality.

Had a proper boss stay, la! The staff were so sound, made us feel right at home. Breakfast was dead nice with quality bread and fresh jams. Only downside was the steep walk back from the beach, but it was worth it for the views!

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

The Tuscany room had a lovely ambiance and was well-decorated. Breakfast stood out with homemade pies and jams, beautifully presented and delicious. The steep access to the hotel was challenging, and the Wi-Fi connection fluctuated, frustrating at times. While the view was great, the small balcony was not very functional for relaxation.

The rooftop relaxation area offers a fine view. The breakfast spread includes high-quality bread and hams, accompanied by delicious pastries that elevate your morning routine.

Parking options are pretty limited. You'll likely find yourself circling the block searching for a spot. The air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively-it shut off on its own. The glass sliding doors for the bathroom compromise privacy, which could be quite awkward for couples.
